Purchase your record on CD and never have to request your record again. The charge is usually under $50 (typically $25-$35). We will replace a lost CD for $5. Print or burn a CD for your future providers.

Records being sent directly to another provider are free of charge. We will store your chart for 10 years, so it is not necessary to order a copy immediately unless you wish to.

Many OBGYN offices will not accept your medical record unless you have an appointment so please check with them.

Providers are typically willing to see new patients before records are received. Alternatively, you can make your appointment for five or more weeks in advance and check to see if your records have arrived a week before the appointment day.

Our policy is to copy the last 7 years of records for other providers. Physicians are typically interested in the past 1-3 years. If at a later date you would like older records, you may request them.

I sincerely thank the many of you for your good wishes & kindnesses.
Sincerely, Dr. Lois McLauchlan

  1. I will miss the kindness, compassion and sincerity of you, Dr McLauchlan. You made what is normally an uncomfortable yearly visit pleasant. I will never forget your words after my 8th child was delivered. I said upon seeing him,”oh he’s so cute.”. Your reply, “no, he’s wonderful !”. I pray that you are in a peaceful place knowing the respect and love with the fondest of memories so many of us hold of you!

  2. I am so saddened to see Dr. McLauchlan go. I really have appreciated her genuine kindness and vast knowledge in her area of expertise for the last 13 years. I feel very lucky that she delivered my 2 children. It is very hard to find Doctors of her caliber nowadays. I wish the best for her and her staff.

  3. I don’t even know where to begin… I love Dr. McLauchlan! She has been my doctor since I was 18 years old back in 1995.
I now have the daunting task to replace someone irreplaceable.
Dr. McLauchlan is a compassionate, gentle, humble and very knowledgeable physician. Selfishly speaking, losing Dr. McLauchlan is a set back for me. However, I sincerely wish her and her staff a bright future in whatever path they take from here.

    All the best,
    Glaucia Lee

  4. I am sincerely disappointed in you closing your practice. I would like to get in touch with Karen the P.A.C that left a few months before. I tried to contact you twice to get where her new practice is but at the time you did not know where she was going to be. If you would send me an email as to where she is I will be very grateful.

Best of luck to all of your staff and may you have a happy life.

    Best regards’

  5. Thank you so much for being there for me for my 4 pregnancies and the births of my 3 gorgeous boys. I really appreciated having the same doctor deliver all of them (especially since I’m a military brat and my mom never knew what doctor she would get). You were a blessing during a wonderful and emotional time for me. I will try hard to replace you, but I don’t think it will be the same.

    Much love,

  6. Dr. McLauchlan,

Thank you for all your years of compassionate service. I’m saddened by the news of your closing the practice, but I know God has incredible things in store for you! May He richly bless you in the coming years.

    With gratitude,

  7. Dr. McLaughlan,

I will forever be grateful of the extraordinary care you provided me during my hyperemesis pregnancy. I continue to thank God for your knowledge and care that you provided me during a very hard 40 weeks. You are an angel.

  8. Dr. McLaughlan:
Thank you for the many years of your care and delivering my second child 23 years ago! It’s so hard to find a great doctor, so thank you for the referrals.
Good luck on your next journey. I will miss you!

  9. Thank you for all the years of wonderful care you have provided me.
Best of life to all of you going forward!

  10. Dr. McLauchlan, Meghan, Tammy, Kris,
I will sorely miss each one of you. I have enjoyed my visits there and all the many laughters we have shared. Thank you for all you have done.
Please keep in touch and you have my number. (((HUGS)))

  11. Dear Dr. McLauchlan, Meghan, Tammy, Kris,

I wanted to express my gratitude for being such a wonderful team who has been a part of the happiest period of my life, motherhood. When pregnant I looked forward to our appointments, not only to see the baby’s progress but to visit with you all. I intended to come back to the office yesterday but was in Ft. Collins for the day and couldn’t get back by 4:00. Please do not send my records to Littleton OB/GYN as originally requested. I will have to continue looking for a good fit although you all are irreplaceable to my family.
